Ryan C. Shrouder, Esq.
BIOGRAPHY
Ryan Shrouder is the managing attorney and equity owner of Shrouder, Karns & Mager, P.A. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and real estate law.
Mr. Shrouder graduated from Florida State University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law on scholarship where he graduated cum laude (honors) with his Juris Doctor.
Mr. Shrouder is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He has experience at both the trial and appellate level and has litigated cases throughout the state of Florida.
Outside of practicing law, Ryan is highly involved in the community, and currently serves as a City Commissioner for the City of Cooper City. Over the years Ryan has held multiple civic appointments. In 2011 Ryan was appointed to the countywide Public Safety Committee for the Broward League of Cities and served as a member during the initial regionalization and consolidation of Broward County’s 911 System. Ryan has also served as Chair of Cooper City’s Public Safety Advisory Board and Vice-Chair of the Charter Review Board. In 2018 Ryan was appointed by the City Commission to serve on the City’s contract negotiation team responsible for negotiating the municipality’s public safety services.
Ryan and his wife, Dr. Samantha Shrouder, M.D., reside in Cooper City with their three children, Madison, Mason, and Jackson.
